Connection is why we are here , it’s how we are wired and it’s how we find joy and happiness. It’s also the sole reason for this podcast! Connection begins with relationships where you feel seen and heard. It begins when you feel you can be transparent and authentic. I wanted to create an opportunity and community for mamas to talk about the hard stuff , a place to belong and a place to feel worthy. It’s meant to be a space to be imperfect. Balanced Mamas interviews moms living through similar experiences as you. It will share their struggles, advice, wisdom and more to help and inspire you to keep going, keep showing up and keep trying. It will bring to light ideas and tips/tricks which will help you continue to strive to grow as a mom and individual while making sure you know you are enough, that you are loved and that you can do this.

There is new and exciting science that proves the power of awe decreases inflammation, connects us to those around us physically and emotionally, it has been scientificially proven to cultivate joy, purpose and clarity. You don't need to climb a mountain to experience the power of awe. There are simple ways of bringing this power into our every day lives.
